Simple. Inspired by Commander Farrell's "Farrell in a...KILT".
Devia now has a Black Watch detachment, and Casey, as commander of the infantry brigade has uniforms of every regiment. This is one of my personal favorites, a uniform of an officer from the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) 42nd Regiment of Foot.
